The avatar license

Rights

• Your avatar may be used without signature, advertisment or link for/to my gallery.
• The use of the avatar is restricted to the use as an avatar (i.e. avatarimage in a webforum, blog or similar)

   

Prohibition

• The use of the avatar is restricted to the rights described above. Any other usage (i.e. for banners, ...) ids prohibited.
• You may not pass off the image as your creation.
• You may not sell the image in any way.
• You may not modify the image (except size, which may not exceed 400x400 Pixel)

   

Payment

I offer the following payment methods:

• PayPal: I prefer this method of payment, because it's quick and safe. safe for both sides (there will be no bank account information exchanged), For a PayPal payment there arise fees for the seller. Since my pictures are favorable to acquire,the fee percentage of purchase price is unfortunately high. Therefore, I have to add 0,40 € per transfer to the price.
• Bank transfer: an alternative; transfer via bank transfer (details are exchanged via email)

   

Shipping

I send the picture and the accompanying license by email to you as soon as the payment for has been cleared. If you choose to buy the picuture via Pay Pal, I may send the picture and license very fast because the money is transfered without wasting time. At bank transfer payment, it could take 2 - 3 working days until I receive the money.

IMPORTANT: even after purchase all rights for the image will remain with me! The customer only buys the legal right of use and the guarantee, the the image won't be sold or provided for free on this website.
