Buy digital images

1. Simple license

The price for a digital image can be found in the gallery by clicking on the link "View prices and detail" under the image. For this price, you get a high-resolution image of approximately 4,000 x 4,000 pixels (300 dpi); please aks for the exact size of your desired image through the contact form), and the license to use, both via email.

"Buyout": by paying the buyout price the image will still visible in my gallery but won't be sold any more.

In the license you can find the following rights and prohibitions:

Rights

• private non-commercial use of the image, for example: expression on canvas, T-shirts, posters etc. , use as Avatar in Online forums, Desktop Background etc.
• The image may be copied and the picture may be changed in size for personal use as long as the signature does not get cut off.
• Use on a private home page, Blog sites etc. is authorized, as the image is not exploited for advertising! There is a license for that ... please question through the contact form once you are in need for such a license)
• the image is not for public Homepages (except Avatar)
• The signature on the image must not be cut off or be over-painted, you may not use it in your own creation and the picture may not be resold in any form! - Apart from the size, it is prohibited to change the image.

You can choose if the image title is shown on the image or not. Simple licenses are usually with signature. (As an exception it is possible to get the image without signature for wallpaper, print,... Please state this with your order)

2. The advanced license

for a surcharge you will receive an extended license. The surcharge is either an higher purchase price for the digital image or an advertisement for me and my gallery, (like a link in a book, on a homepage etc.)

Rights

• owner of the enlarged license have all the rights as indicated in the simple licence
• in addition, the image may be ussed for advertising (Banner, Logo etc)
•  the picture may be accessible by public
• receiving the picture without a signature is possible

3. Payment

I offer the following payment methods:

• PayPal: I prefer this method of payment, because it's quick and safe. safe for both sides (there will be no bank account information exchanged), For a PayPal payment there arise fees for the seller. Since my pictures are favorable to acquire,the fee percentage of purchase price is unfortunately high. Therefore, I have to add 0,40 € per transfer to the price.
• Bank transfer: an alternative; transfer via bank transfer (details are exchanged via email)

4. Shipping

I send the picture and the accompanying license by email to you as soon as the payment for has been cleared. If you choose to buy the picuture via Pay Pal, I may send the picture and license very fast because the money is transfered without wasting time. At bank transfer payment, it could take 2 - 3 working days until I receive the money.

5. Price

The price range of the images vary as the effort to design an image vary. The price of each image can be seen in the gallery, Note
that an additional fee to PayPal payment of 40 cents per transfer will be added. Tip for my work is always welcome!

IMPORTANT: even after purchase all rights for the image will remain with me! The image will furthermore be accessible in my gallery and may be purchased by other customers.
